Sibtain Panju
CFA, BComm
With over 20 years of corporate experience in senior leadership roles, Sibtain brings an extensive background in finance, management information systems (MIS), vendor management, and contract negotiations. Throughout his career, he has successfully negotiated multi-million dollar deals for one of Canada's top 5 banks, developing a deep understanding of complex financial transactions and strategic partnerships.

Sibtain co-founded PRAGMA Inc. in 2020 and currently owns and operates an 8-figure real estate portfolio. His passion for real estate has been a driving force behind his investment success, as he combines his financial acumen with a sharp eye for finding high-value deals. His approach to real estate investing is built on a strong foundation of research, negotiation, and a long-term vision for growth.

Sibtain holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm) degree from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He has also attended leadership training at Harvard Business School, further enhancing his strategic and leadership capabilities.
In addition to his professional achievements, Sibtain is an avid sports enthusiast, with a particular interest in tennis and badminton. His competitive spirit extends from the courts to the boardroom, where he continuously strives for excellence and innovation in everything he does.
Insiyah Panju
MA, BEd, Realtor
Insiyah oversees strategic direction, business governance, and asset management to ensure the company’s strategies and investments are executed effectively. With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry as both a realtor and investor, Insiyah brings a wealth of expertise to her role. In 2020, she co-founded PRAGMA Incorporated, specializing in managing and adding value to apartment buildings across Canada for private investors, with a focus on multifamily investments.

Before transitioning fully into real estate, Insiyah’s background in education saw her not only teaching calculus and business but also taking on leadership roles at the schools where she taught. She remains passionate about financial literacy for teens and young adults and frequently gives talks in schools to inspire the next generation, focusing on investments and cultivating a growth mindset.

Insiyah holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics for Teachers, a Bachelor’s degree in Education, and an Honours B.A. in Psychology.

Outside of work, she enjoys practicing yoga, spending time in nature, and traveling with her two sons to explore new cultures and cuisines.
