Raising two growing boys with full-time careers is a busy life, and often the life of many families. With the goal of creating more meaningful time together through the building long-term generational wealth we established PRAGMA Inc. Through PRAGMA, our combined talents and passions are brought to the forefront as we acquire and renovate multi-residential properties to provide beautiful spaces for people to live. In turn, we create great cash flowing assets which provide us two invaluable gifts, freedom and time. We build wealth while we sleep so that we spend our days doing what we love.
